Week 36 Update

Stop, stop…I know I’m cute. You don’t have to keep telling me.

Total Weight Gained: Still 40ish

Stretch marks?: No tummy, all boobies.

Belly Button Inny or Outtie?: Flat!

Maternity Clothes?: I’m a house. I now wear house clothes.

Symptoms: Fatigue, slight heartburn, achey vajayjay, sore hips and a sore lower body all together.

Mood/Emotions: Anxious, excited, and nervous. I can’t wait to meet the little guy, but I have a ton of grad work to do between now and then. Somehow my group got assigned 2 presentations AND a midterm on the 4th night of class…which also happens to be 2 days before I’m due. Oh, joy :)

Sleep: Sleep has been okay. My hips are starting to hurt so I have to flip over a lot. Peeing a lot too. Luckily Jon and I got a TON of sleep over the holiday weekend which was sooo nice.

Movement: All day everyday. When I go into labor will he still be moving? Will he still be moving when I’m trying to push him out? Weird.

Cravings: I wouldn’t call them cravings, but I’ve been loving pita chips, peanut butter and all things sweet lately.

Things I Miss: Taking a walk with my hubs and pup, booze, dancing, jumping, and pretty much anything active.

We went to an awesome wedding last weekend. It was really fun to sit and watch everyone get nuts and dance their butts off (not). Don’t worry. Instead of bitching and complaining about the stuff I can’t do, I’m going to take this time to get a lot of rest and do a lot of school work that needs to get done. I’ll get back to running around like a crazy face soon…and I’ll appreciate it so much more when I do.

Workouts This Week:
1) 10 min on the bike + stretch + 15 min bike + stretch + 5 min bike*

*It’s hard to do more than 10 minutes at a time these days :-\ But hey, I’m tryin’!

Next Doctors Appointment: I was supposed to start my weekly appointments after last weeks visit, but my doctor is out on vacation this week, so I don’t see him again until June 4th!

Other Notable HappeningsLast weekend Jon and I finished up all of our shopping and the nursery is READY. My bags are packed (with the exception of a few odds and ends) and we’re ready to go. I can’t believe Henry could come any day now. It’s strange not knowing when, where or how it will happen but knowing that whenever it does it will be a story to tell!

What do you think? Do you think Henry will be early, on time, or late? When do you think he’ll make his arrival?
